Foam and sediments remover and biogas cooling equipment is designed for foam removal, sediments removal, and biogas cooling coming from the digester. With this kind of equipment, the clogging of downstream equipment can be avoided, and the bad instrumentation working and control system. The foam and sediments removal of the biogas is accomplished by two different techniques. First changing the hydrodynamic condition of the biogas stream. Secondly, the gas is subjected to continuous exposure to cold water spray that at the same time allow the biogas cooling. As a result, the foam and other impurities are removal and comes out through the drain located in the down part of the equipment, and at the same time the biogas cooling. The level of cooling depends on the water injection temperature. This equipment is suitable for digester that work in thermophilic conditions

Freezing precipitations detection deviceThe technology is composed by a combination of two wetness sensors, a temperature sensor and a thermal conductive sheet with a radiation sensitive surface (black). The sheet is tilted with borders the way, that directed precipitation can’t access the lower side. One wetness sensor is facing the sky, the other is facing the ground. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the sheet. If this drops below the air temperature, then dew will cover both sides and the wetness sensors will detect the same signal (no matter if it’s freezing). If rain or snow will fall, then the signal of the upper sensors will be bigger. In combination with the temperature signal there is sufficient information whether a heating of the rain gauge is required or not.

Gait Quality Diagnostics - Wearable AI/ML computational unit with sensor to suggest immediate level of gait quality and disorder type and classifform-control ication assessmentMultiple sclerosis (MS) is the most common cause of neurological disability in young and middle-aged people. MS has a physical, psychological and financial impact on patients and their families. Up to 85 % of patients with MS identify gait disorders as a major problem. The ability to monitor the development of the disorder over time is highly valued diagnostic measure. Falling because of old age, neurological disorders, movement disorders and injuries can be predicted by the assessment of change in gait quality. A set of wearable sensors and the first computing unit – assessing the overall gait quality in real time while walking, providing immediate feedback to the user or the physician. Subsequently, the second unit identifies several gait disorders, their extent and probable cause. In both cases, the evaluation is performed using machine learning modules. Both approaches show relatively great robustness of the approach used and the relative simplicity of computer performance, especially in the near future. For general use the first step processing can warn patients or elderly people on the probability of falling. Worldwide increasing incidence of MS was estimated to be 2.8 million people in 2020, in developed countries is double to triple incidence ‑ it might be due to lack of qualified diagnostics available in the developing countries ‑ the numbers are therefore supposedly undervalued. Our device can be helpful for many other neurological or movement diseases and in elderly in general. Possible uses: 1. Non-MD/Diag. device – wearable “fall prediction” 2. Diagnostic – wearable – good/bad gait indicator 3. Diagnostic – wearable + mobile/tablet - gait disorder type and severity analyser and classifier.

Gallic Acid is commonly used as antioxidant by the food industry. However, until now, it is not known that the gallic acid could block the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS), which is the innovative aspect discover for the Nutrigenomic Group for the Gallic Acid. The inhibition of the RAAS by Gallic Acid is considered to be of special relevance because RAAS overactivity is currently associated with not only hypertension but also vascular inflammation, the development of atherosclerosis, left ventricular hypertrophy, nephrosclerosis and cardiovascular events.
