By means of this system it is possible to perform in situ the analysis of materials and structures without previous treatments, solving with that the need to use coupling liquids that the current ultrasonic based systems currently use. The group seeks to reach licensing agreements, collaboration agreements or commercial agreements with technical assistance, with companies from the agrofood, pharmacy, construction, ceramics, wood, cork and other materials sectors.

The research are performed to improve the speed of the curing processes of polymer coatings by developing innovative polymerization photoinitiators having a very better parameters than those already used in industry. The search for more effective initiators are fully justified from the practical point of view in industry photocurable polymer coatings.

The invention aims to control the color temperature of white light emission that is different depending on the morphology/dimension of the particles, on the surrounding environment and on excitation power. The advantage of this type of device is based on the high color quality index and the possibility of color temperature control that is relevant to the lighting technologies market. The university is looking for companies that develop this type of solution on an industrial scale. The university is looking for companies that develop this type of solution on an industrial scale for the further joint development of specific applications or technology licensing.

The invention aims to measure the gas pressure based on the nanoparticles emission that is different depending on the amount of gas molecules surrounding the nanoparticles. Comparing with existing solutions, the advantage of this process, which operate in a pressure range of interest for various market sectors (ex. Food industry), is the absence of electrical contacts. The university is looking for companies that develop this type of solution on an industrial scale for the further joint development of specific applications or technology licensing.

This model is useful for communications and positioning systems. The proposed model provides the channel response for the usual environmental phenomena. The model simulate how these phenomena affect a particular acoustic signal, and therefore, the performance of an underwater system based on acoustic signals can be evaluated previously to its deployment. The model has been tested for the case of underwater localization systems. GEINTRA is looking for companies working in telecommunications and IT sectors or performing works related to exact science and physics to achieve technical cooperation agreements.
