Summary of the technology
The subject of this invention is an innovative door structure that allows the use of polymer engineering materials for anti-burglar joinery. The innovation of the presented solution will also consist in obtaining high mechanical properties of this product through the use of carefully selected recipes of hybrid composites, which translates into great attractiveness and universality of potential application.
Description of the technology
The results of research work concern the development of a compact door system using hybrid polimer materials. It is a product - a product derived from the frontier of chemical engineering and materials science. High-strength polymer materials engineering composites are characterized by very good utility properties, especially mechanical in variable measuring conditions. Their additional strengthening with nanofillers or fiber fillers leads to a product competitive with metal materials used in construction.
The essence of such solutions lies not only in the reinforcement used, but also in the type of polymer matrix used. In the construction industry, and in particular in the area of woodwork, there are references to the production of polymer doors. However, they include mainly forming polycarbonate doors for saunas and multi-layered lightweight plastic doors for general use. The subject of this invention is an innovative door structure that will allow the use of engineering materials for anti-burglar joinery.
The innovation of the presented solution also consists in obtaining reduced flammability of this product through the use of properly selected recipes of composites, which translates into high attractiveness and universality of potential application. The solution is dedicated to the woodwork sector. As part of this project, a technology was created that can prove itself not only in the systems of security doors and windows, but also gates and blinds.
