ChickP is the healthier, safer and greener option that allows for the enrichment of food products with the first flavorless chickpea protein:
- Concentrate - 60-90% protein
- Isolate - 90% protein
ChickP has devised a way to extract up to 90% pure protein out of Chickpea pulse. It is virtually flavorless enabling the production of an endless list of applications including meat and dairy-like foods, beverages, pastries, snacks, baby food and more.
