KernDev includes testing throughout its development process, using iterative releases, automated testing, user acceptance testing, and controlled production rollout. Its application services also include testing for performance, security, reliability, and usability.

Consider an e-commerce platform that handles normal traffic well but slows considerably during large promotional events. A basic functional test may confirm that orders can be placed, while performance testing can reveal what happens when hundreds or thousands of users interact with the platform at once. Our QA engineers would consider those real operating conditions when defining test coverage.
