Technology Description

The DataDot Machine Vision Reader automatically detects DataDot or micro dots on an A4 control sheet, in a video stream, and reads the serial numbers off the dots using optical character recognition (OCR).

The technology reduces the read error of asset IDs on microdots. Facilitates the identification and possible recovery of stolen assets. Passive. Unobtrosive ID solution when compared to the market leading RFID solution.
