GASFLOW is a Supply Chain Execution System for the gas industry. GASFLOW helps you to ensure the best possible quality of service by delivering your customers on time. With GASFLOW, you can track your cylinders along the entire supply chain: manufacturing & filling, primary and secondary distribution, points of sale, end-users, etc. GASFLOW utilizes RFID tags and readers, blended with cloud-based software. GASFLOW is facilitating interfaces with third party systems and can therefore integrate seamlessly to your IT environment such as ERP systems.

GASFLOW will help you to gain insights on your cylinders fleet. You will manage your cylinders more efficiently by having a better knowledge of your cylinders cycle time, rotation rates, investment needs, stock by location, cross-border shipments, batch product recalls, quality related issues, maintenance activities, etc. Thanks to GASFLOW, you will improve your end-customer satisfaction and generate savings, by taking more informed decisions on your planning, delivering and invoicing activities.

GASFLOW will help your organization along the following points of the supply chain:

  • Manufacturing & Filling: your inventory becomes accurate and automated, cylinders are filled with the exact amount of gas, and tested automatically to detect any defect.
  • Distribution: GASFLOW gives you complete visibility from dispatch to return, giving you the opportunity to map and monitor routes to increase efficiency.
  • Point of sale: the unique identification of each cylinder can be seen in real-time at each Point of Sale, and digitization helps removing paperwork and streamline processes.
  • End-user: GASFLOW connects with the end-users through a mobile application, to know automatically where cylinders are. The end-users can also access LPG cylinders through a 24/7 kiosk/vending machine.

The solution is based on RFID tags specifically designed by Alizent to withstand the conditions of industrial applications and to work accurately with LPG cylinders. Tags are read by readers or stations that are designed and configured to respond to your specific needs: integrated ATEX readers for explosive atmospheres, RFID gates for bulk scanning, smartphones for delivery and collection at point of sale… Finally, the GASFLOW software architecture has been developed to cope with the needs and constraints of every stakeholder of the LPG supply chain: managers benefit from great dashboards, analyses, and real-time alerts. For distributors, a modern web and android app are used to digitize processes and communications with the central LPG company.
