Aura is being positioned for strategic licensing or outright acquisition by an established tissue or consumer-products company. The preferred path is to transfer commercialization, manufacturing, distribution and scale-up responsibility to a strategic partner while preserving the inventor’s economic participation through an upfront payment, milestone consideration and/or royalties, subject to negotiation.

Aura™ is a patent-pending fragranced facial-tissue concept designed to create a differentiated sensory experience through controlled fragrance delivery and a package experience that can help consumers identify or sample a scent before opening the sealed tissue package.
