Technical Overview & Problem Solved
Traditional bar soaps suffer from a massive end-of-life efficiency flaw. As the bar erodes, it becomes a brittle, slippery remnant that breaks easily and is ultimately discarded by the consumer, leading to material waste.
The Interlocking Soap System introduces a mathematically proportional interlocking soap bar system. The host bar features an engineered receptive cavity on its upper face bounded by a perimeter rim. This universal female receiver is designed to securely lock and house a worn-down male remnant of identical initial geometry. Under standard showering conditions, manual pressure and moisture absorption trigger immediate mechanical interlocking and subsequent molecular fusion, eliminating product waste entirely.
