This invention provides a novel formulation of cadherin-11 (CDH11) inhibitors for use in combination with chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy. The composition targets activated fibroblasts to treat or prevent cancer, fibrosis, and autoimmune diseases. It comprises a specific CDH11 inhibitor compound formulated with an organic solvent and polyethylene glycol, designed to enhance therapeutic efficacy when combined with other cancer treatments.
BACKGROUND
Activated fibroblasts play a critical role in cancer progression and immune disorders, but effective therapies targeting them are lacking. This invention addresses the need for treatments that can modulate fibroblast activity to leverage the immune system against disease.
