Desired outcome

To maintain oil reservoir pressure, water is ordered, initially from the water wells of the Albsenoman horizon. Due to the increase in the water cut of wells, the sub-oil separated from the oil is purified at the water treatment plant and pumped through the pressure pressure system into the reservoir. When injecting mixed technical and produced water, iron oxide precipitate occurs, which leads to a discrepancy between the quality of water for flooding and the requirements of Kazakhstan Standard 1662-2007 (for the content of mechanical impurities and petroleum products).

Details of the Innovation Need

The content of mechanical impurities is 75-173.5 mg/l for the entire period of operation of the Drinking water treatment plants (DWTP), at a rate of 15 mg/l. Since 2011, the actual productivity of the DWTP exceeds the design capacity by more than 2.5 times 60 m3/h, with a design capacity of 25 m3/h.

Accumulation of deposits of mechanical impurities in tubing leads to the retention of hydrogen sulfide in the pipes. Contamination of the bottomhole zone of the well , entailing a decrease in injection rate and an increase in pressure in injection wells and reservoirs. The scale of the problem high with the impact on the entire cycle: pipes, pumps, valves, etc.
