We have developed gasification based technology that enables single step synthesis of DME (Di-methyl Ether) from crop, animal, forest waste, MSW and Biomass-Plastic. DME is soot-less fuel and sustainable replacement to Diesel and LPG and other emerging applications as Hydrogen carrier in fuel cells and feedstock for synthesis of Di-methyl sulphate, higher alcohols.
Recently, we have completed Proof of Concept (DME productivity 1 kg/hr) and heading towards higher capacity plant. We have filed 5 IPs during our proof of concept. All the process requirements (catalyst, tar free gasifier) has been developed by our company. Due to this our client gets everything at single point.
