Technology able to mix a different kind of plastics types to produce a kind of plastic alloy with remarkable characteristics
Our technology can create a material able to do bricks, tiles, etc That what we have now
Potentially we can do almost all kind of products for the construction industry but we don t have the infrastructure needed
We are a small company installed in Uruguay, South America which is a Start-Up, we have a very small factory ( working prototype ) ready to produce and commercialize our product but on a very small scale.
We work with almost all types of postindustrial plastics; we can process them without the typical selecting process, we only need to cut the plastic into small pieces so that they can go into the oven ( because we have a small one) to be processed and transform plastic scrap into useful new pieces.
We have some big differences with the traditional way that are:
1) We can use almost all kinds of plastics types, and we also can mix them all and transform them into a uniform mass (Kind of plastic alloy) suitable to be put in a mold and give it a specific form for instance to create tiles, pylon, wiring posts, etc.
2) We don´t need any selection step about the plastic by color, type, if it is painted or not, etc. Is important to repeat that we can mix plastic types without chemicals.
3) We don’t work with high temperatures during the process so the plastic never gets liquid it keeps like a gel ready to put a mold, so that, plastic is not burned and keeps their characteristics. We put in 1 kg of plastic and we obtain 1 kg of the processed material.
4) We don’t use new plastic material is 100 % recovered plastic.
5) Our process is very clean and respects the environment even we don't use almost water during the whole process and there is a very small gas emission too
6) We use small amounts of electric energy. (single-phase electricity)
The material we obtain is a kind of plastic mixture that can be transformed into enormous different sub-products for the construction industry for instance as, bricks, panels, tiles, posts, even streets, etc.
The technology in question has been developed in Uruguay and we understand that it is important to make it known, we have recognition from the current government of our country within a program called Sembrando, directed by the first lady, supported by the Presidency where more than 2,500 have applied. companies and we have been selected out of 100.

The most important points of our company are that we have the ability to work with most plastics, mix them together, using very little energy and create a type of plastic alloy, capable of creating a huge amount of new products.
This has taken time, resources in research and development
I need to clarify that we are a start-up, have a very small prototype-style factory, although we can produce but on a very small scale, like a "garage company"
