Selvi Technology builds computer vision and edge AI systems that run on production lines and work sites. We combine image processing models trained on the customer's own line with edge hardware, enclosures, cabling and the software layer that turns model output into a measurement, an alarm or a control signal. Each deployment starts from the customer's own images and operating conditions rather than from a fixed catalogue product: we agree the performance metric before development, validate against it on the customer's data, and commission the system on the line. Hardware, models and integration come from one supplier, and systems are built to retrofit onto existing equipment.
Our systems address three families of task.
Measurement and inspection on a moving line: coverage, dimensions, surface condition, presence and placement, with results available per unit and logged for traceability. Where a measurement has to close a loop, we deliver the signal into the existing control system.
Operational intelligence: counting, flow, cycle time and process deviation, reported as data the plant can act on.
Site monitoring, including occupational safety applications such as zone access and equipment state.
What makes the result stable is that models are trained for one line and one condition set, against the lighting, line speed and product variability actually present there. Inference runs at the edge, so decisions are made on the line without depending on a network link.
Stage of development: deployed systems in industrial settings. The company runs national and EU-funded R&D programmes, including a Eurostars project, and holds an EU ethics committee approval covering its work with image data.
Collaboration sought: paid pilot or proof of concept, technical cooperation and joint development, supplier or subcontractor agreement.
