Patent-pending, United States. The portfolio comprises multiple filed U.S. provisional applications (2026) plus a filed U.S. non-provisional application, covering a workload-telemetry-driven feedforward thermal control layer for high-density AI and HPC data centers — applicable across air, liquid, and hybrid cooling. No licenses granted to date. Exclusive and non-exclusive structures available. Filing numbers, claims, and technical detail are disclosed under mutual NDA.
AI data centers overprovision cooling because conventional thermal control is reactive: it acts only after sensors register heat, so operators carry expensive thermal headroom as insurance against sub-second, workload-driven load excursions.
Valor Infrastructure Holdings, LLC has filed U.S. patent applications directed to predictive thermal control and related infrastructure architectures for high-density AI and HPC environments.
The non-confidential thesis is simple: the next efficiency layer is not necessarily another cooling hardware replacement. It is earlier physical evidence before thermal drift, cooling-response lag, rack asymmetry, workload-driven heat propagation, flow instability, or reliability stress becomes throttling, hardware damage, downtime, or lost capacity.
Valor’s patent-pending architecture is directed to predictive, feedforward thermal reliability: using upstream operational signals to anticipate heat events before conventional sensors register the full thermal consequence. The goal is to improve transient stability, recover stranded thermal and power capacity, reduce overprovisioned cooling margin, and improve coordination across cooling hardware, power systems, workload behavior, and facility controls.
The architecture is intended to layer onto existing or next-generation cooling infrastructure. It is vendor-neutral and not positioned as a replacement for air, liquid, or hybrid cooling hardware.
Potential licensees and evaluation partners include cooling OEMs, direct-liquid-cooling vendors, CDU manufacturers, hyperscale data center operators, AI-cloud providers, colocation operators, power/cooling integrators, and mission-critical reliability platform companies.
Current status: patent-pending U.S. IP / non-confidential technology offer available for strategic evaluation. Mechanism-level details, filing information, claim scope, and implementation architecture are disclosed only under mutual NDA or a formal evaluation process.

Desired business relationship
Valor is seeking technology selling, patent licensing, technology development, licensing, technical evaluation, strategic partnership, OEM integration review, co-development, or commercial agreement with technical assistance. Exclusive or non-exclusive licensing structures may be considered depending on partner fit, territory, application scope, and validation pathway. All technical detail is gated behind mutual NDA.
Valor Infrastructure Holdings, LLC is an innovation and IP development company focused on predictive infrastructure control, adaptive boundary-stabilization systems, advanced materials, thermal management, energy systems, and consumer-product invention architectures.
Our work centers on a simple principle: complex systems become more controllable when critical boundaries are sensed, stabilized, and protected before instability propagates through the larger system. This approach can apply across high-density AI infrastructure, power and thermal systems, water and filtration, oral care, home care, personal care, pest control, packaging, and other consumer or industrial product categories.
Valor develops non-confidential concept platforms, product architectures, licensing opportunities, and early-stage invention frameworks for partners seeking differentiated technical and commercial advantage. We are especially interested in opportunities involving predictive control, surface protection, repair layers, coatings, barriers, active delivery, sensing, compliance systems, and safer consumer experiences.
Valor is available for licensing discussions, co-development, assignment, technical scouting, and strategic innovation collaboration where there is a clear fit with market needs and protected or protectable technology.
