Carbonator provides restaurants, bars, and movie theaters a sustainable and reliable means of carbonating beverages on a small scale, by directly capturing and concentrating CO2 from ambient air. at the point of consumption. Compared with typical CO2 tank delivery from distant CO2 production plants, Carbonator reduces the carbon footprint of beverage carbonation, eliminating the need to transport gas from a processing plant to the end-user. This provides beverage suppliers a competitive edge with environmentally conscious consumers. Carbonator also avoids the financial risk of CO2 supply shortages (like those seen in 2022).
