We are looking for startups that can build and train new neural networks!
Our objective is to install machine vision systems into our production lines to improve quality inspection. Objective is to:
- Reduce the amount of scraps
- Achieve touch-less operation
We are looking for advanced computational intelligence and networked sensors enable to improve product quality, system productivity and environmental sustainability through smart manufacturing.
Since the production lines run at high speed, the vision system should be able at least to acquire 1750 image per min. The Smart Camera we are looking for should have accurate inspections, must be compact and lightweight. Consequently, the neural network should be able to examine a series of images at high rate. The strategy we are looking for is the supervised learning, which utilizes labelled datasets to categorize or make predictions. This aspect requires some kind of human intervention to label input data correctly during the model training phase.
The whole system should have a grafical user-friendly interface in order to be easily used by everyone.
Our goal is to look for a startup that provide us this technology and help us in the co-development.
We are open to new approaches or ideas not mentioned above.
