We look for a kind of auxiliary baking probes for real-time all-around (including inside and outside of food) temperature conditions when baking food materials for Haier ovens.
I. Background:
We look for a kind of auxiliary baking probes for real-time all-around (including inside and outside of food) temperature conditions when baking food materials for Haier ovens.
The temperature control method for oven-baked foods is generally through observation and timing, which is not accurate and intelligent. A temperature-sensing solution is now sought, which can implement the detection of food temperature changes in the baking process, and eventually realizes intelligent baking.
II.Parameters:
1. The temperature of the probe measuring should not be less than 180 degrees (180 degrees of caramel);
2. The temperature of the probe temperature can be read at top, center and bottom three points (for example, when roasting chicken, it can read the internal, intermediate and surface temperature);
3. The temperature-resistance of the wireless transmission module in the upper part of the probe is not less than 350 degrees (completely exposed);
4. The accuracy of oven temperature measurement is not less than 2 degrees.
