The system enables users to create configurable internal compartments tailored to their specific needs, allowing the separation and organization of shoes, dirty clothing, electronic accessories, and personal belongings of any kind.
Unlike traditional rigid dividers, FlexBase™ features an adaptive telescopic technology capable of accommodating dimensional variations as well as natural or load-induced deformations of bags, ensuring reliable performance even under intensive everyday use.

Over the course of my professional career, I have gained experience across multiple industries, starting in metal manufacturing, moving into the automotive sector, and ultimately specializing in biotechnology, pre-analytics, diagnostics, and innovation management.
This journey has allowed me to develop a multidisciplinary perspective and continuously expand my capabilities, combining technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. I do not consider learning a completed process; on the contrary, curiosity and continuous improvement remain the main drivers of my professional growth.
Throughout the years, I have witnessed the evolution of Quality Management Systems and regulatory frameworks, often becoming increasingly complex and demanding. Beyond compliance itself, I have learned the importance of interpreting regulations pragmatically and effectively, ensuring they support product and service value creation rather than becoming a source of unnecessary bureaucracy.
My career has also been strongly influenced by Lean Manufacturing, operational excellence, engineering resource management, and continuous improvement methodologies. In an increasingly competitive and complex environment, I believe that structured thinking, efficient organization, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential attributes for any professional and any organization seeking sustainable success.
Project Management has become a fundamental pillar of my professional life. Planning, resource allocation, risk management, and execution control are not merely tools but essential disciplines that enable informed decision-making, transparency, and alignment toward common objectives. Effective project management provides the visibility needed to understand where we are, what has been achieved, and where we intend to go.
Building on these experiences, I progressively transitioned into Research & Development and Innovation Management. Initially focused on traditional internal innovation processes, I later embraced Open Innovation approaches, recognizing that the accelerating pace of technological change requires organizations to look beyond their own boundaries.
