We are looking for a powder processing technology and facility with experience and capability to deliver an innovative shape/form to an oxygen bleach-containing granule.
We are searching for the production of a solid granule containing an oxygen-based bleach, such as hydrogen peroxide, sodium percarbonate, urea-hydrogen peroxide, or persalts, with a distinctive aspect. Such distinctive forms may be:

The manufacturing process and equipment must be compatible with large scale manufacturing suitable for the production of large volumes. Additional ingredients (surfactants, polymers, binders, formulation aids) may also be present in the solid granulate/agglomerate.
The proposed product must be stable when transported and stored; it must have a fast dissolution in water, be visually attractive, have a regular shape, optionally gloss/film coating, no dustiness, and ease of handling.
