Dr. Gail Barnes is a technical expert and strategic partner to processors, manufacturers and packaging suppliers, providing insights on sustainability, product innovation, consumer insights, food safety and regulatory processes and procedures. With a PhD in Applied Chemistry (Food Science Division) and 18 years of strategic marketing experience in the international dairy industry, she has previously served as vice president of technology and packaging for the Innovation Centre for U.S. Dairy and Dairy Management Inc.™
