- Staying current on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging market opportunities to identify potential partnerships, technologies, and innovations that can enhance our product portfolio.
- Leading the evaluation of new technologies and potential partnerships, including technical and commercial assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence.
- Leading innovation and technology-driven M&A proposals, including valuation model, which focus on relevant application, product, and process technologies related to the Home & Personal Care raw material, ingredient, and end product markets.
- Collaborating with R&D, Marketing, GKA, Pharm, and Business Development teams to develop and support strategic plans and execute on identified opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining a network of external partners, including research institutions, startups, and other relevant organizations.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and intellectual property requirements.
- Participating in the development and delivery of technical answers to internal and external stakeholders.
