All basic medicine and clinical medicine

7 years of medical students, which including 4 years of basic medical training such as, pathology, anatomy, biochemistry, physiology and etc for 4 years. Then after qualification exams, we studied half time in hospital in every department as a Clark and the other half time study clinical medicine. It is like burning the candles at both ends. We learned everything such as internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, OBS/GYN, neurology, and so on. in the 7th year, we were all intern and practice under the surveillance of attending doctors from ICU, ER, Psychiatry, internal medicine, surgery, you named it, we got it.. Then we have to pass the second exam of national level test on clinical medicine to get the degree of M.D.

After you graduated from school, everyone can apply to his/her favored department, e.g. me( psychiatry) or any other department. Each department has its own training program, you have to be training only in medical center for 3-4 years. Then you have to prepare for another exam for your specialty in your department. If you passed, you got both doctor's degree and a psychiatry certification board. in Psychiatry, I have to earn 180 credits CME within 6 years, including state of art tech, ethics, medical law, infection control, and much-advanced psychiatry modern knowledge.
