-Research of material parameters involved in dry-friction reduction for automotive and medical device markets
-Definition of new additives an formulations to optimize friction behavior in several of the company’s polymeric products (Delrin, Zytel)

Implementation of new thermal treatments for high strength stainless steel alloys
Design and optimize production processes for the main metallic components of the companies’ products (propellers for turbines and auxiliary component)

Failure analysis and structural testing of civil structures
R+D on fiber reinforced concrete structural elements without
rebar reinforcement (conception, prototype, testing, homologation)

Internship in the Fraunhofer Institut für Werkstoffmechanik:

-End of studies thesis on diamond-coated structural
ceramic parts for metal processing applications (conception, materials selection and testing, finite element simulation)

Internship in SAACKE Bremen GmbH & Co. KG :
