The Internet of Knowledge:
Since the beginning of mankind, knowledge has been valuable. Nowadays, we pay professionals when we require their knowledgeable inputs; Experts are paid by people and companies that need their advice. But valuable knowledge is not restricted to experts and consultants.
If we think about it, collectively, we are all full of knowledge that may appear useless to us, and we do little with it. But quite often, knowledge and information that are useless for one person, are exactly what another person or company is looking for. If we were able to connect between a knowledge seeker and a knowledge holder, privately and at the right moment, we can realize tremendous value from otherwise unreachable sources.

I envision a world where you can easily access the entire knowledge sphere, simply by asking; Knowledge is the currency, and you can either exchange privately the knowledge that you have with the knowledge that you need - or monetize your existing knowledge.

We can see companies such as GLG, Yahoo Answers and Quora who gives you the opportunity to share your knowledge or ask for one. This subject has been developing for a while.
