According to Air Canada 24 hours Cancellation Policy, there is no fee if a traveler cancels their flight within 24 hours of the original ticket purchase and will receive a full refund. In contrast, if a passenger changes their flight after 24 hours, you may be required to pay cancellation fees based on the fare of your ticket, unless it was a refundable one.
