I am Jalil Feizi, the inventor of the Automatic Tire Inflator, a patented invention registered under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).

Imagine a vehicle traveling on a highway during harsh weather—snowstorms, heavy rain, or in the middle of the night—when suddenly a tire goes flat. This situation can be extremely dangerous, especially when the driver is accompanied by family members, children, elderly passengers, or individuals with physical disabilities. Stopping on the roadside exposes drivers to serious risks such as accidents, wild animals, or theft.

My invention eliminates the need for immediate tire repair. With this technology, even after a puncture, drivers can continue driving safely for several hundred kilometers and repair the tire later in a safe and comfortable location. In cases of severe puncture, the protective rings integrated into the system still allow the vehicle to move safely without damaging the wheel or other components until proper repair is performed.

Today, one of the biggest challenges for automakers is dealing with tire punctures—especially as the industry shifts toward electric vehicles (EVs). Since spare tires occupy valuable space that could otherwise be used for batteries, many leading manufacturers, such as BMW, have eliminated spare tires in their newer models. However, this has left a major safety concern unresolved.

The Automatic Tire Inflator is designed to completely solve this problem. It automatically re-inflates punctured or underinflated tires without electricity, batteries, or sensors. The device is built inside the tire, operates fully automatically, and continuously maintains the air pressure. Each tire is equipped with two or more inflators installed in parallel for balance. When the air pressure drops, the system automatically activates, inflates the tire, and stops once the optimal pressure is restored.
