I am looking for a business partner (natural person or legal entity) with whom to sign a joint venture type of contract and establish a new company in equal partnership, for the production of Heat-Insulating, Non-Flammable and Non-Combustible Building Blocks and Heat-Insulating, Non-Flammable & Non-Combustible Internal and External Decorative Claddings for Covering Buildings with Masonry Made of Cold Inorganic Materials, which you can view in the video at this link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QhnFKA4ZnqU3LWAV0tCmHamro598a-wV/view

The future partner must contribute a reimbursable loan of EUR 900,000, which the company to be established will use for the following:

EUR 200,000, for the know-how the Inventor will bring in the new company, to be transferred to the Inventor’s bank account;

EUR 700,000, for the purchase & installation of a production line and as working capital for the first three months of manufacturing until the company sells the first production made.

In order for the future partner to have control over the expenses & income of the company, I agree that the new company should be registered in the partner’s country of origin and only a production subsidiary of it, without legal personality, should be registered in the Inventor’s country of origin.

I am an old person. I want to leave the future partner an industrially exploitable intellectual value, which he / she / it can develop for his / her / its own benefit and at the same time use it as a tool to make people’s life easier.

After my retirement, the partner will have preemption right to buy my stake when it is put up for sale, and implicitly to buy the whole know-how brought in the joint company.
