Summary of the technology

The devices that allow various manipulations with beams of mm and sub-mm radiation have been developed in the laboratory of a University (Russia). The devices are used in scientific research, satellite systems for remote sensing of atmospheric composition and in the study of deep-space objects, as well as communication systems. The authors are looking for industrial partners for scientific cooperation, technological cooperation.

Details of the Technology Offer

Photolithography is a widely used method in microelectronics and other types of microtechnology. Most of the currently used installations are bulky and cumbersome, have a narrowly focused performance potential. Due to the use of photolithography methods, the laboratory staff obtained a number of systems with predetermined characteristics for conducting various manipulations with radiation beams (focusing, frequency filtration, phase transformation and polarization). Developers are looking for industrial partners to introduce their technology into the production.

Innovative aspects of technology consist in the original design of microstructures forming a quasi-optical element that allows achieving higher functional characteristics in comparison with foreign analogues while maintaining a low cost. The advantages of the obtained systems are a wide range of functional characteristics, low cost of the device and its components, as well as low weight.
