Description of the event

The program will bring together a selective group of participants to upskill on state-of-the-art customer-centric ideation tools. We will work together to become more customer-centric, whether your function is in innovation, marketing, market research, and beyond. Learn about best practices and avoiding common mistakes. The program will cover tools and methodologies including: • Design thinking • Jobs to be done • White and dark horsing • Prototyping • Customer journey • Blue ocean • Value creation & extraction Together, we will go from gathering customer insights, to ideation, to building a business case. Participants will learn how to apply ideation tools and get a personal Innovator's Workbook with step-by-step instructions, examples and tips on how to use the tools. Why should you participate?
