  For a given query and search engine, there are ways to improve the position of a resource respect to competitors. These methods are based on recommendations derived from manual observations, sometimes supported by numerical data obtained by well known analysis tools as SEO (Search Engine Optimization). However, these proposals do not analyze whether the expended effort is in accordance with the resulting improvements, or the used policies are appropriate. These solutions are insufficient because they do not guarantee or predict the position after applying the hypothetical improvements.
  
  The method allows to estimate the ranking of a web resource respect to other web resources resulting from a particular query performed by any information recovery tool, which submit the searching results sorted by preference or relevance criteria.
  
  Another application is to provide, to information recovery tools, the ability to learn how to put in order documents from previous lists already put in order. Thus, an information recovery tool could assign the relevancy degree to each document emulating the underlying behaviour in the example lists. In this line, one possible use is the application in surveillance systems to filter the most valuable resources a priori.
  
  The main features of the method are:
  
  1) Extracting the values of the positioning features that are considered important for our document and other competition documents. Competition documents are those documents related to the query results for the chosen information recovery tool.
  
  2) From the data obtained for the competition documents, we build a model using automatic learning techniques that can discern when a document will be better positioned than another one. Also it is obtained statistical information on their reliability from the construction of a model.
  
  3) From this model, we obtain positioning relationships between our document and each competition document. Statistical information is used to solve inconsistencies. It is determined the most likely position for the document.
  
  Other applications are based on manual observations that do not analyze whether the effort is in accordance with the resulting improvements or followed criteria are appropriate. Either they do not predict the position after applying the hypothetical improvements.

  The offering enterprise was the first in the central European region to begin manufacturing and selling emulsion products, and other main raw materials used in blasting industry. The newly developed automatic blasting packaging machine replaces the highly dangerous and uneconomical method of hand-made blasts.   2. stage – the materials are pumped to a common mixing tank, and they are mixed gently to reach a homogenous emulsion

  4. stage – the filled hose is cut to size and closed with pre-formed clips

  With this automated filling process, the length, the size, the weight of blasts can be changed very quickly, just in seconds. A main advantage is that the manufactured blasts in one series have exactly the same features and characteristics, such as the weight and size, which were unfeasible in the case of hand-made blasts. The production in this way is more economical and needs less raw materials, and produces no waste. The manufacturing process is fast, easily variable, economic, the handling of the machine is obvious, and the functioning is safe and precise.

  It is a well known fact that the smallest angle an open end wrench needs to allow moving a bolt is 30 degrees. The wrench is positioned over the nut, it is rotated 30 degrees, the wrench has to be removed and rotated over its own axis 180º and placed again over the nut to allow a further 30º movement. This is a time consuming procedure.
  
  Fixed and adjustable ratcheting open end wrenches are available in the market. These tools do not have to be removed and rotated 180º over its own axis. Nevertheless they have to be moved back and forth and when the nut needs a long run over the bolt, the procedure is time consuming.
  
  The tool presented here has the main advantage that can be motorized, connected to an air compressed ratchet or a manual ratchet. The rotation direction can be changed externally without removing the tool. The tool is not adjustable. It has the same width as an adjustable wrench for the bigger nut it can handle. Smaller nuts can be handled by placing an add on piece.
  A metal clip is introduced to keep the nut centered with the rotation axis. Once the user gets accustomed with the tool, the clip is not longer necessary. The internal mechanism has a pending european patent and can be transferred. Read more

  Aspects of the invention are the haptens; their preparation procedure; conjugates comprising a hapten and a carrier, with immunogenic activity inducing the formation of antibodies; antibodies recognizing specifically conjugates of the invention and coumarin-like anticoagulants; antisera comprising these antibodies.

  Stroke is the main cause of adult disability and is affecting more than 17 million people every year and it will increase towards 2030. Once discharged from the hospital patients do not receive the rehabilitation treatment they need.
  
  We have developed a Virtual Reality based system for the functional recovery of stroke patients. RGS is a low-cost and unobtrusive system that runs on a standard PC, using virtual reality (VR) combined with training scenarios with dedicated interface devices. An important contribution is that VR based rehabilitation systems can be easily transferred from Hospitals to at home applications for tele-rehabilitation creating a continuum of diagnostics and training possibilities.

  RGS has been developed by SPECS research group at Universitat Pompeu Fabra in collaboration with Hospital del Mar, Hospital de la Esperanza and Hospital de la Vall d’Hebron for the clinical trials validating RGS, and also with Fundació TIC Salut, who has contributed in relation to HL7 standards to ensure future compatibility with the Hospital Information Systems.
  
  RGS is based on leading edge virtual reality and neurorehabilitation research, and clinical trials on more than 100 patients have shown significant improvements in the rehabilitation of deficits of the upper extremities. RGS is a generic paradigm for brain repair and neurorehabilitation that we will be applied in the future to a range of other deficits in stroke, for instance gait training, aphasia, depression and chronic pain and to other neuropathologies, for instance cerebral palsy and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
  
  Technology Innovation: RGS is based on the integration of a wide range of highly innovative ICT technologies, such as Virtual Reality, learning and adaptive systems, image and scene analysis, wireless technologies, multimodal interfaces, simulation tools, sensors, tele-health and information systems. Despite this major integration effort combined with solid science and medical research it is nearly invisible for the End User, unobtrusive and low power consuming (home PC based).
  
  The RGS will contribute to directly improve the Quality of Life of the increasing number of patients in need of rehabilitation for motor deficits and will improve accessibility to healthcare therapy/home assistance and to a novel and highly innovative ICT based product. We are now listing the most important aspects:
  
  •Personalized Therapy. The RGS system can be personalized to the needs of every patient due to the self-learning and adaptive systems specifically developed, that automatically adapt the difficulty of the games to the performance of the patient in order to avoid frustration. Furthermore, with the aim of incentivising the patient the RGS system amplifies the movement of the impaired arm by successfully completing simple tasks in the virtual world in line with the movement made by the patient
  
  • Accessibility and Usability. The RGS is designed thinking about the patient and clinician needs. The system can run on a standard PC which will need only a normal internet connection. Additionally, the low cost of the system renders it an affordable solution for the target population of end users and healthcare agents. The final RGS is unobtrusive; its User interface also allows remote monitoring by the healthcare provider. The RGS incorporates learning and adaptive systems that will allow the system to automatically change the rehabilitation scenario based on the results of the previous exercises performed by the patient and be further supervised by the health care.
  
  •Tele-rehabilitation and increase of autonomy for everyone. The RGS will allow patients to design their own rehabilitation schedule and work at home, in coordination with everyday life activities and in consultation with their therapists, who will be able to individualize their therapy and follow their progress remotely (accuracy, speed, movement patterns…) and ensure the quality of the therapy.
  
  •Efficiency and more equal access to services. The self-managed RGS “home tele-assistance” will facilitate access to rehabilitation training at home to patients that may not have access to it or who may have had a restricted access due to the great demand from the elderly population and limitations from the healthcare systems; it will also avoid or minimize the cost and loss of time in transportation for both patients and clinicians to and from the hospital/rehabilitation centre designated by the health system or a private insurance company.   Our equipment can execute an effective drying of such materials as: technological sludge (waste pulp), hydrolytic lignin (initial moisture is up to 70%, particle size is 1000-50 m.), peat and sapropel (initial moisture is up to 70%), spent grain (initial humidity is up to 70%), sawdust.
  
  During the processing of multilayer waste consisting of the layers of different materials (Tetra Pak, Elopak and etc., consisting of cardboard, polyethylene and aluminum layers) it can be gotten single fibers of cardboard (they are selected radially) and polyaluminium/polyethylene flakes (they are carried away tangentially).
