Barcelona, december 18th 2009. The innovation park ESADECREAPOLIS has recently reached an agreement with the technologic portal INNOGET devoted to develop the interaction of resident companies and the scientific community, encouraging the Open Innovation procedures among them. Through the portal, experts propose solutions to the technologic demands placed by R&D departments and they have the opportunity to post their projects and research results.

According to Joan Riera, ESADECREAPOLIS general manager:  “this alliance is of exceptional importance for the resident companies since it supports the interaction with other companies and the international scientific community, with a common goal: to accelerate innovation”.

Innoget is a new technological portal where the scientific community interacts with companies and proposes solutions to the technological need of the R&D departments. This platform offers businesses the opportunity to request information related to their activity as well as to post their technological offers.

The platform is located in Spain and is having a really fast international growth. Companies from areas such as biotechnology, chemistry, food industry, pharmacy or media have already joined the platform.

Opened at the beginning of the year and with more than 50% occupancy, ESADECREAPOLIS is the first innovation park established by an international business school. It is a high performance ecosystem where companies from different sectors coexist and share experiences and knowledge with a common goal: to accelerate their innovation processes.
