The center for new food technologies and food processes (centa) is a private foundation that was established in 2006. our aim is to contribute to the innovation to improve the competitiveness of the agrofood industry. we do research, development and implementation of new food technologies and food processes, technology and knowledge transfer training and consultancy of different sectors.
