Event description

2014 - 2015 Edition (starts October 2014). Many technical professionals, while experts in their fields, have little background in business management. Managerial and business skills however make scientific projects and research implementable, expand professional opportunities, and realize leadership potential.

Management Fundamentals for Scientists and Researchers provides participants with much-needed managerial skills, with modules on strategic thinking, finance, marketing, human resources, entrepreneurship, and legal issues over 6 months via an interactive blended format (one week of face-to-face lectures at the beginning and at the end, ongoing online classes delivered via videoconferences and online forums).

Participants will learn in an optimal period of time to develop their entrepreneurial skills, acquire a command of management tools, and apply their knowledge and research in the business world. The program therefore aims to realize their full managerial potential and broaden their professional opportunities.

Now entering its 3rd edition, MFSR has already helped many scientists achieve their professional goals.
