Challenge: Novel low carbon combustible heat source for consumer product

We are searching for a novel combustible heat source for use in conjunction with a consumer product. the heat source must be small, lightweight and should preferably be ignited by a naked flame or other incandescent material, although alternative methods would be considered. the heat source should reach a temperature of 350 degrees c within 10 seconds and maintain the temperature for 6-15 minutes. full technical requirements of the heat source are listed below in the full description.
