This approach enables the rapid production of transgenic plants that do not pose any environmental threat of disseminating antibiotic resistance to surrounding plants.
Fluorescence-Accumulating-Seed Technology (FAST) enables the direct identification and selection of transgenic dry seeds under a fluorescence microscope.
