Our open innovation policy
Increasingly, we demand more innovation and creativity to develop products that are the favorites of consumers (in pleasure, convenience and health) and are difficult to copy. PANRICO’s R&D Department aim is to create high quality products to meet the ever changing and more and more demanding market requests. This section has a very important role within the company and together with the Marketing Department are the drives for the design and development of new products. Efforts in recent years have been the launch of new innovative products that have come to reach more than 15% of the total turnover of the company each year leading portfolio of 70 projects annually.
The R&D works closely with several technology centers and universities under the Open Innovation principles. We are eager to improve our procedures to acquire new technologies and use the opportunities and knowledge available in the market in relation to our production range. The innovativeness has been found in many cases external Partners have helped us so essential in our developments, and we continue this massive search outside our R&D. We are ready to cooperate with any entity or individual that we have confidence in their technology proposals.
