Large US-based consumer packaged goods company. Focused on food and beverage solutions. Need technologies to enable a high protein, high acid, shelf stable, dairy based sauce. Solutions can be ingredient, process, or equipment based. Main concern is avoiding precipitation or agglomeration of proteins as a smooth consistency is desirable. Thicker viscosity sauces are most desirable, but will consider thinner viscosity as well.
