Solutions presented should be able to self-heat to a temperature between 40-70ºC (preferably 50-70ºC) for a certain time between 1-4h (preferably 3-4h). The technology should not use electricity or batteries. Ideally this system should allow re-activation for a later use in the same conditions, although this is not a must.

Details of the tech request
The self-heating system:
- should be possible to build in a reduced format of around 50cm2 x 2 cm thickness.
- should heat its surface to a temperature between 50-70ºC
- should work in an autonomous way for 3-4h.
- could be charged with electricity somewhere, but during its use it must not depend on being wired to the electricity
- can not use flame or fire
- can use chemical or physical processes
